Just read in the paper that one of our leading political parties want to cut down our already very limited immigration even more. At the hospital, I was cared for by people with backgrounds in 14 different nations in my 29 days there.
Sweden would fall apart without immigrants.
I am grateful for each and every one who has chosen to make Sweden home, and help our society evolve. And when I see eleven kids playing like crazy at my son’s birthday party, I realize they too have roots all over the planet.
Globalization is a promise that is already fulfilled. It is who we are. Let’s make it work even better.
